The reason behind the blog….

The purpose of this blog as outlined in my first post is to document my progress whilst undertaking the Time Crunch Training Programme (TCTP). I guess like most keen cyclists finding time to ride is always a potential barrier, by being organised and maximising the time I have I am aiming to bring about a solid improvement in my cycling performance.

What I hope to achieve with this blog is firstly to document how I manage my time, the challenges I faced and the improvements that I make. This will enable me to know what works and what doesn’t. I hope it may offer the same to anyone else that reads it.

I have outlined my targets for 2015 in post 1, I look forward to working hard and achieving them! Hopefully you’ll enjoy reading.
